The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, overlooking a canal. It is centrally located, right in the center of the city, with easy access to all the coffee shops. The cleanliness of the hotel is great and the facilities are excellent, including a great breakfast spread. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service.

The location of the hotel was great, not too far from the main attractions but still quiet. The room we stayed in was spacious and modern, with a kitchenette that was really convenient. The staff were very helpful and offered mint and lemon water with sweets in the lobby, a nice touch.

Greeting at check-in was excellent, offered Moet and Chandon champagne. Upgraded to Royal Suite with stunning views of canal and Rembrandt House. Spacious, beautifully designed room with kitchen, two queen beds, and quality bathroom products. Staff ordered early morning taxi and provided coffee. Good service and central location.

The hotel was beautifully maintained and the staff was excellent. They were really good too provide really good service and make me feel at home. I was blown away by their attention to detail and their willingness to assist with any request. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also loved the fact that the hotel had its own private smoking area, a great convenience for me. I highly recommend Luxury Suites for a fantastic stay.

Great vibes only! The hotel had a fantastic and friendly team, who made my Easter stay nice. The location was excellent, just a minute from a famous museum and a short walk to the bustling city center. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was exquisite, setting the tone for a great day ahead.

It is within walking distance from the train station, museums, and even a floating Chinese restaurant. The suites are spacious and well-equipped, with excellent housekeeping and a Dyson heater/fan. The service is impeccable, with friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of options, and the hotel offers great facilities, such as a smoking area in the lobby. Not to mention, the hotel provides early check-in, which is a nice touch.

The housekeeping service could be improved, as there have been instances where the room was not cleaned.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the view from our room was breathtaking and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was large and luxurious, with exclusive toiletries. the service was impeccable, our every need was met and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the in-room breakfast was delicious and our private facilities were top-notch.

The only minor issue we had was that the bar/lounge area was a bit small and cramped, making it difficult to relax. this was not a major concern as there were plenty of other leisure areas available throughout the hotel.
